What better way to head into the mid-term break than with a fantastic performance from our children at the Credit Union Quiz in Dean Maguirc College.
Huge congratulations to all 8 of our teams who were simply amazing. Their promptness, calmness, and composure were a joy to watch, and most importantly, they did it all with smiles on their faces!
In the U11 category, all our teams were amazing!

In the U13 category, our teams put in a fantastic effort! Competing against 1st and 2nd-year pupils is no easy task, but they answered brilliantly and deserve immense credit!

A proud moment for our school and community, as the winners of the U13 category were all past pupils of St. Teresa’s PS! As were some of the members of the 3 other placed teams in the U13 category.
A massive thank you to everyone in Termonmaguirc Credit Union for running this annual quiz. It’s always one of the highlights of the year for our children, so a special thanks to Edele Curran and her team for inviting us along and organising it so successfully. Also, thanks to the quizmaster, Teresa Loughran, who was flawless throughout and helped make our children feel relaxed and comfortable over the course of the evening!
Big thanks must go to our 2 quiz masters at St Teresa’s, Mr McCullagh and Mr Gallagher, for the amazing prep they did with the children for this quiz.
