As part of our Happy healthy ME! week the children of St Teresa's planted their own little sunflower seed as a reminder of the theme "Know yourself, grow yourself". The children are asked to look after the seeds and take care of it so it will grow into a strong and beautiful sunflower. We also encourage all the boys and girls to take the same care of themselves, by being kind to themselves and taking care of their mind. 🌻
